01Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SubTracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

02Description of Service

SubTracker is a subscription tracking application for iOS. It allows you to track subscriptions, set renewal reminders, and access cancellation guides. All data is stored locally on your device. SubTracker does not require an internet connection to function and does not communicate with any external servers.

03User Accounts

SubTracker does not require an account. No registration, login, or personal information is needed to use the app. You can start using SubTracker immediately after downloading it from the App Store.

04In-App Purchases

SubTracker offers a free tier allowing you to track up to 3 subscriptions, and a Pro upgrade ($1.99/month or $14.99/year) that unlocks unlimited subscriptions and additional features. All purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store and managed by Apple’s payment infrastructure. We do not process or store any payment information. Refund requests must be directed to Apple through their standard refund process.

05User Data & Privacy

All data you enter into SubTracker is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, access, or transmit any of your data. We have no servers and no way to see your information. For full details on our data practices, please see our Privacy Policy.

06Intellectual Property

SubTracker and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Saroar Khandoker. The app name, logo, and design are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app without prior written consent.

08Disclaimer of Warranties

SubTracker is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of subscription tracking, reliability of reminder delivery, or completeness of cancellation guides. Cancellation instructions are provided for informational purposes only — you are responsible for verifying and completing any cancellation with the relevant service provider.

09Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Saroar Khandoker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use SubTracker. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for missed subscription renewals, incorrect tracking data, or failed cancellations.

10Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice. You may stop using SubTracker at any time by simply deleting the app from your device. Upon deletion, all locally stored data will be removed.

11Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of SubTracker after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

12Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
